1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Narfe platform, website, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using Narfe, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Services

Narfe provides an AI-powered platform that:

  • Converts travel-related content and user inputs into structured itineraries
  • Personalizes travel plans using artificial intelligence
  • Enables access to third-party booking services (flights, hotels, experiences)
  • Allows creators to publish and monetize travel itineraries

Narfe does not directly provide travel services and is not a travel agency.

3. User Accounts and Responsibilities

Users may create accounts and submit information including travel preferences, itineraries, and content. You agree to provide accurate and lawful information, not submit misleading or illegal content, and use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws.

4. AI Processing and Use of Data

By using Narfe, you acknowledge that Narfe processes user-provided data using AI to generate and personalize itineraries, improve models and platform performance, and enhance user experience. Narfe may use aggregated and anonymized data for research, analytics, and product development.

5. Content and Usage Rights

Users retain ownership of their submitted content. By using the Platform, you grant Narfe a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, adapt, promote, and distribute content within the Platform and marketing materials.

6. Third-Party Services

Narfe integrates with third-party providers for bookings. Narfe is not responsible for pricing, availability, service quality, or fulfillment. Users enter into agreements directly with third-party providers.

7. Limitation of Liability

Narfe provides the Platform "as is" and does not guarantee accuracy of AI-generated itineraries, availability of services, or error-free operation. Narfe shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia and applicable European Union regulations.
